The Barista Dog Soap gets its name from the roast coffee which is used as an ingredient.

This is a totally natural soap, with no artificial scents or harsh ingredients which I developed after Circular Coffee Scotland contacted me to ask if I could look into using coffee grinds in a dog wash. The coffee acts as a natural deodoriser and flea repellent as well as being a gentle exfoliant. I have combined this with oats which soothe and moisturise dry, itchy skin, relieves redness and irritation and can help with hot spots and tick and flea problems. An extra helping of shea butter soothes, softens, and hydrates skin. In addition, shea butter is a natural sun protectant and moisturizes and conditions the fur to maintain and boost shine all while being totally 100% dog-safe.

The coffee grinds are waste coffee which has been produced during the roasting process, but cannot be used… so it’s win-win.
